ADJUVA Home Health (“ADJUVA, “we,” “us,” “our”) provides home-health nursing, rehabilitative, and other assistive care services to children and adults in the state of Florida.

Your Consent
This Online Privacy Policy covers the personal information we may collect when you visit or use any of our Sites. By using our Sites, you are agreeing to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information collected on our Sites as described in this Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
Depending on the type of request you make, we may ask for the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Postal address
- Care recipient’s name and zip code
- Type of service of interest for care recipient
- Name of the organization you represent and your job title (if applicable).
Information Collected Automatically On Our Sites
We, and those third-party providers we authorize, automatically collect data when you visit our Sites using cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar internet tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”). Some cookies are needed for some Site functions to operate. Other cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our Sites and other websites and social media platforms where we place advertisements.

We may receive contact information and other personal information about current and prospective clients, caregivers, and donors from third parties, including referral sources, partners, and other sources, including:
- Current and former clients, their families, and caregivers
- Healthcare providers
- Partners in ADJUVA‘s community-based home health care collaboration programs
- Data analytics and online advertising services
- Commercial marketing databases, talent, and customer resource management services, and data aggregators
- Data management services that enable us to combine information from multiple sources, including information collected on our Sites and information received from third-party sources, to more effectively target our marketing and outreach efforts.

How We Use Personal Information
If you provide personal information online relating to our Services, we will use your information to:
- Reply to your questions and fulfill your requests
- Send you news and updates about our Services

How You Can Control Marketing Communications
E-mail Marketing.
You can restrict our e-mail marketing communications at any time by:- Choosing not to submit your information
- Unsubscribing at any time from our e-mail newsletters and other messages
- Contacting us and telling us you want to opt-out of our communications (see “How to Contact Us” below).
It may take up to ten (10) days to process your request to unsubscribe from e-mail marketing messages.
Text Messages.
If you give us permission to send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing communications to you by text message, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to our text message. It may take up to seven (7) days to process your request to STOP text marketing messages.If you opt-out of e-mail or text marketing messages, we may still send e-mails to you that involve Services or responses to questions.
Retention of Your Personal Information
We will retain your personal information and other account information as long as we provide Services to you and for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, respond to information requests, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information we no longer require for business purposes will be destroyed or de-identified.
Protection of Your Personal Information
ADJUVA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information in a manner that is appropriate for the sensitivity of the different types of personal information we collect. Unfortunately, no form of online data storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the personal information you submit to us or that our authorized third parties collect or process for us. We are not responsible for and do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure beyond our reasonable control.
Third-party Features, Social Media, and Links to Websites
Our Sites may contain links to features, social media, or websites that are owned and operated by third parties. We provide these links for your convenience. Data collection and interactions on any third-party website or service are subject to the third party’s rules and policies, not ours. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. Third-party Features: Our Sites may use other companies’ applications to power some features, for example, to manage our chat feature. Some of these third-party features may be branded with the ADJUVA logo, even though we do not operate or control them. These third-party applications are able to access your personal information when you use these features.
Social Media: You may choose to interact with our Sites through your social media account (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) by clicking on the social media icon on the Sites, following us on a social media network, or posting a comment to one of our pages. The social media network may send us the information you make available to third parties through the settings on your social media account. This information may include your profile, gender, username, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, and other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. We use this information to enable you to use interactive functionalities between our Site and the social media network and allow is to send messages to your social media account about ADJUVA.
Links to Third-Party Sites: Our Sites may include links to websites operated by third parties that have information we think may be of interest to you. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed away from our Site to that third-party website, and any information you provide to that third-party website or is collected from your usage will be available to the third-party operator. The third-party website operator may collect your IP address or device identifier and other internet browsing data and may place a cookie on your browser to enable their features to function and track your usage of their website.
Children’s Personal Information
Our Sites are not directed toward children under the age of thirteen (13) years. We do not knowingly collect on our Sites any personal information about children under the age of 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
